The Launch of Basil & Salt Magazine

It is with great pleasure I am able to share to inaugural print version of Basil & Salt Magazine. This is a magazine for gourmand, tippler, and traveler. It is a gorgeous magazine filled with recipes, cocktails, wine, beer, and travel recommendations with “a focus on the enjoyment of the gourmet lifestyle.” I am deeply honored to be a contributor to Basil & Salt Magazine.

Like all magazines, Basil & Salt Magazine is distributed by subscription. Furthermore, in addition to print it is also available digitally to read on your laptop, tablet, or smart phone.  I am thrilled to be able to share a preview of the inaugural issue with you!

I am also delighted to share with you that I am book-ending this edition. That’s right, my article “Destination Dining: Gateway to Global Cuisine and British Classics,” including my images, opens this edition. While my article “Women of Willamette Valley” concludes this edition. In between the pages are filled mouthwatering food and cocktail articles.
