This week is filled with wine celebrations. I am not complaining; I am just trying to keep up!
Some calendars report National Chardonnay Day as this past Saturday. Others contend it is tomorrow. To cover my bases I have been enjoying Chardonnay all week.
Yesterday was the 40th anniversary of the Judgement of Paris! I had my 2011 bottle of Chateau Montelena signed by Bo Barrett on hand to celebrate that important day.
Today I awoke to my brand new Gaggia Brera cappuccino/espresso machine and my first cup of cappuccino! Not bad for a beginner.
It’s going to be a great day! Furthermore, not only is it #NationalWineDay it is also #WineWednesday, as if we needed more encouragement to celebrate!
Finally, tonight I will be participating in a Charles Communications #BrandLive event featuring the outstanding Hourglass Winery in Napa Valley. The fun begins at 7pm on Twitter. Please join us as we learn more about Hourglass and sample four of their amazing wines!

Yay, a great reason to celebrate with some wonderful wine. It’s very warm today so will chill a bottle of Vouvray and have with a salad for dinner.
