In fact, Chile’s Maipo Valley is renowned for Cabernet; coupled with Colchagua Valley, Chile is one of the world’s top wine producing countries.

Chilean premium wines are never been really understood by the modern wine drinker but slowly they are getting there. Great article. I am a big fan of Chilean wines!

I have a good impression of Chilean wines, and I have not had much of them, so I need to find who locally brings in some good stuff. The trick is, I need to learn what for me is the good stuff

I’ll always be partial to Napa, but as my experience with wines expands I’ve learned the biggest win for all is being open to the possibilities. Looking forward to expanding my Chilean horizons. Great piece Michelle.
