Great article Michelle, your excellent information makes me want to give Cava another try. I have to admit that I am one who has not found a Cava that I love I will use in mimosa or cocktail but have not found one I enjoy on its own . I have made note of some of your recommendations. Thanks as always for educating and informing.

Michelle , great article. I love Cavas anytime of the year. My fav is Recaredo Rosat gran reserva, had a very informative tour 2 years ago.
