A wonderful and thought provoking read Michelle! I’ve heard more than a few wine folks say they can taste the aluminum in canned wines. I believe most (if not all) have a liner of some sort. I wonder if it isn’t psychological?
Thank you, Martin. I enjoyed researching and learning about canned wine. Yes, the cans are lined, but I think pouring the wine into a glass is still a good idea, and likely psychological.
