After attending 5 years of TexSom as a journalist, this year I attended as a sponsor. Hosting a Franciacorta lunch to 40 excited attendees was the highlight of all my years at TexSom. Sharing my passion for Franciacorta on behalf of the Consorzio was an honor and a blessing. The lunch filled up immediately upon opening registration. Many were disappointed to miss out on these fabulous wines. So an hour into the lunch I started poaching attendees in other lunches to share bubble love. The lunch was a huge success to those who attended and those who stopped by for a sip. Franciacorta makes everyone happy. While all the wines were enjoyed, Franciacorta’s signature Zero Dosage and Satèn drew the most attention.
