As Burgundy prices continue to rise, Bourgogne Wines continues seeking ways to delineate terroir-driven quality wines at more affordable price points.
The feature I wrote for the Feb/March edition of Wine Enthusiast Magazine, "Down In the Dirt," is now digitally available.
Saturday before snowmaggedon began in Texas, we enjoyed a delicious shoebox lunch from Dallas’s Smokey John’s BBQ.
We ended our crazy Texas week on a high note, with a bottle of Eden cider and chicken tacos.

We’re making the most of bitter cold temperatures, coupled with close to a foot of snow, by enjoying a delicious left-over meal of Porchetta with Gnocchi alla Romana from Lucia, paired with an inexpensive, accessible, and delicious 2015 Caparzo Brunello di Montalcino.
